The chilean one to be more specific, I believe that most people are aware that the health system in Chile is inefficient and unfair. I think that health care in chile is good, yes, but only for people who have the money to pay for it. There is a system called FONASA, the national health fund, which is a public organism in charge of providing health care coverage. It is a good idea but with an awful implementation, I would say that the worst thing about FONASA is that it does not cover all types of illnesses, plus not covering medicines that are too expensive for a middle class person in chile, and that is what complicates the whole thing. On the other side are the ISAPRES which are better in terms of QUALITY of care, but at the same time they are more expensive because most of them attend in private ins...
