Hi guys, this week's topic is a free topic, it took me a while to know what I could talk about since I consider that my hobbies don't matter enough to me to talk about them with confidence, so I'm going to talk about one of my favorite anime: hunter x hunter.

                                 

It is a manga series written and illustrated by Yoshihiro Togashi. The story has as main character Gon Freecss, a twelve year old boy who wants to find his father at all costs, so he decides to become a hunter. His father was also a hunter so he intends to try to find him through that job, but, what is to be a hunter in that world? 

To become a professional hunter, one must pass two exams conducted by the Hunter's Association Selection Committee: an official one and a secret one. 

According to the twelfth president of the Hunters' Association, Isaac Netero, the three main criteria of the exam are: physical strength (agility, flexibility, endurance, perception), mental strength (will, adaptability, judgment, creativity) and, most importantly, general impression (any other intangible). Whoever passes the official exam is awarded the title of Hunter and obtains an official license.

However, one must successfully pass the secret exam: training in the basic principles of the Nen. Nen is a technique that allows a living being to use and manipulate its own vital energy (known as Aura).

                                 

When Gon enters the official Hunter exam he begins to meet his friends who will accompany him in most of his adventures, these are: Killua Zoldyck, Kurapika and Leorio. each entering the test for different reasons that the series will explain throughout the chapters, Gon will meet many more characters that are not worth naming NOW.

The world of Hunter × Hunter is a copy of the planet Earth, but with the continents disordered or in another position, The various species that populate this world make the real reference is timeless, because animals such as dinosaurs and a long list of fictional animals appear.

                     

There are two versions of the anime that have been issued in different years, the 1999 version and the 2011 version, the 2011 adaptation is the most faithful to the manga but unfortunately hunter x was on hiatus for YEARS, it's funny because this same year (2022) the creator of the manga created a twitter account saying that he had at least 4 manga chapters written, THANK YOU TOGASHI.
